The members of this group are devoted to caring for both the bodies and souls of clan members. They are often herbalists or alchemists with skills in first aid. They may also perform ceremonies and provide council to the clan. The leader of this group oversees the keeping of ceremonies and traditions, seeing the future, and keeping Grin members healthy. Ranks are as follows:

Ha'gosh (meaning Spirit Guide)
Seer
Theurge
Acolyte

Criteria for Promotion

Ha'gosh (meaning Spirit Guide): The spiritual leader of the Grin, this is a role model for others to follow as a capable healer.

Seer: A deputy to the Ha'gosh and a perfect example of a battle-hardened medic. Seers may perform ceremonies and oversee other Grin traditions.
- Promotion Criteria: Attended 5 RP classes, 10 RP events, 15,000 honorable kills, and gained the Damage Control achievement.

Theurge: A theurge has proven themselves dedicated to the well-being of the Grin.
- Promotion Criteria: 3 RP classes, 5 RP events, 5,000 honorable kills, and maxed First Aid, Herbalism, OR Alchemy.

Acolyte: A fledgling caregiver within the Grin's ranks, acolytes undergo training in combat healing and become well-versed in Grin tradition and ceremony.
- Promotion Criteria: Become a full-fledged member of the Grin.
