Rhaz slunk back into the walled fortress of Stonard, his own blood still fresh around his tusks, his fingers running across his newly-tattooed face.
"Fros' Shadow..." he whispered to himself.
Rhazjah was not someone to outwardly display emotion (that sort of thing didn't usually happen—it was even difficult to grin wickedly), but Rhaz could not hide his mixture of gratification and caution...
"I proclaim you Frost Shadow. May your enemies freeze before your wrath and shatter in your wake," Chaoseater said proudly. "Welcome to the Gol'Kosh, Brother."
Leaving the Lak'gora was a decision that Rhazjah had, to his surprise, made impulsively. With his own departure from the Grin for a time, and Virroth's mysterious disappearance, Rhaz was in no hurry to resume his dark and shadowy ways - at least with the Lak'gora. Although what he did to gain entry into the Lak'gora was likely irreversible, Rhaz wasn't worried. What the Gol'kosh didn't know, wouldn't hurt them. Rhazjah would deal with his own inner demons; he always had.
Although Rhaz didn't have a problem staying cool the majority of the time, what had transpired at his Gol'kosh initiation was a little unsettling. Rhazjah wouldn't let it pass from his thoughts lightly. He could still recall the voice he had heard in the mountains.
The disembodied voice had floated through the air, though it seemed Chaoseater did not hear it.
"The Gar'mak doesn't take kindly to traitors... Let it be done."
Rhaz snapped out of his thoughts and left Stonard to patrol around the swamp, thinking on what had transpired, all the while puffing on a joint.
